to make it look familiar

So is it all about the looks, then? Uh well, yes and no. One of the biggest ways people form brand associations is by visually connecting it to colors, symbols, and emblems. Think of it this way. So whether your AI assistant is on the website or messenger, the shared brand elements help customers associate it with you.
